Warranty Service

Please send the device together with the proof of purchase from Kathrein enclosed which will serve as a warranty proof.

Please note that returns without a valid warranty proof will be processed as a charged service.

If you have not purchased your device from Kathrein, please contact your dealer. 

The warranty period is 24 months from the date of purchase. The warranty claim expires in the event of external influence (e.g. water damage, overvoltage or damage to the device).

Out of Warranty

We will provide a cost estimate upon request. If you do not want the device to be repaired, we can dispose of it for you free of charge.

If you wish to receive the faulty device without any repair, we will charge a device-specific inspection fee and the shipping costs.

How to Commission the Repair Service

  • Make sure to pack the device appopriately. We cannot accept any liability for damage during transportation.
  • Send the device together with the return note and proof of purchase to the address below.

You will receive a repair receipt confirmation with an RMA number by email.

In most cases, it will take 10 working days to process your repair.
