Repair of receivers, receiving antennas, measuring instruments and accessories

General Information

A repair of your device will be carried out free of charge by the responsible repair department within the scope of the warranty. During the warranty period, you can also send the device to us free of charge via your specialist dealer from whom you purchased your device.

If there is no warranty claim when returning the device for repair, you will receive a cost estimate from us. If the repair is rejected by you, we will dispose of the device free of charge for you.

In the case of processing without a warranty claim, an inspection or processing fee plus return postage will be charged.

How to Commission the Repair Service

  • Please check that there is no faulty operation or installation before sending in the product under complaint. In case of doubt, please contact our technical customer service.
  • Please use the following return note (www.kathrein-ds.com).
  • Make sure to pack the device approriately. We cannot accept any liability for damage during transportation.
  • Send the package including the return note and proof of purchase to the place of repair listed below. Please also make sure that your parcel has been sufficiently stamped.
